Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping with us at Knowdica, based in the beautiful state of Goa. We hope you love your purchase, but we understand that sometimes things just don’t work out. Please read our return policy carefully to ensure you have a smooth return experience.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Time Frame: You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return eligible items.
  • Condition: Items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in their original packaging. Items that are damaged, worn, or altered may not be accepted for return.
  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required to process your return.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Gift cards
  • Sale items or items purchased with a discount code
  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Opened or used products (unless they are defective)

Return Process

  1. Initiate a Return:

  2. Ship the Item Back:
    • Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to send your item back to us.
    • You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
    • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
  3. Processing Your Return:
    • Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.
    • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at [email protected] with details of the defect or damage, along with your order number and photos of the item.

Refunds

If your return is approved, you will receive a refund to your original payment method. The time it takes for your refund to appear on your account may vary depending on your bank or credit card issuer. If you haven’t received your refund within 10 business days, please contact your bank or credit card company first before reaching out to us.
